Frequently asked questions

A services platform in Algeria. People search by service and province and contact the page directly; everyone who offers a service gets a page with a link in their name, built for their trade. Education is open today — teachers, tutors and language schools — and health, trades, shops, restaurants and creatives open one by one.

Creating your page, appearing in search and receiving registrations is free — no subscription. The platform takes 0% only on paid registrations confirmed through it, and nothing before that.

Teachers — online or in person — tutors and language schools. Clinics, trades, shops, restaurants and creatives open next: ask for early access on your sector's page and you will be told first. The sector with the most requests opens first.

Not to search or open pages. Registering in a group opens an account for you, with your email and a password, in the registration form itself. The teacher or the school confirms your seat, and your lessons are in “My lessons”.

No. You choose your page type, write your name and your city, and add your groups with their timetable and price. You fill in text and photos; nothing else.

The way you agree with them: cash, a postal transfer (CCP/RIP) with the receipt uploaded on the page, or through the platform where it is available. When the payment goes through the platform, the fee is deducted automatically; otherwise it is invoiced monthly.

It stays, as long as it comes from a real registration and is not abuse. You can reply to it publicly, once — the reply is what shows people how you handle a problem.

At any time, from the settings, with no waiting period. Your data leaves with it.

A Facebook page lives inside Facebook: it needs a post every day or it disappears, and someone searching for “German lessons in Sétif” never sees it. A BASNETZ page has a link with your name, shows up in a search built for lessons, and takes registrations while you sleep.

Yes. A draft is visible only to you. Search, Google and visitors see nothing until you press Publish.

The site is built for the phone. You can install it on your home screen from the browser. A store app comes later.

They record who helped the platform grow — finishing a page, inviting someone who publishes. They are not money today; when the paid plans open, they count toward the launch offer.
