A page is not a post
Why the thing you publish on Instagram disappears, and what to put in its place if you want to be found twice.
A post is a moment. It has a photograph, a caption, and a lifespan of about two days before the next one buries it. That is fine for announcing today's lesson. It is a terrible shopfront for a teacher or a language school — people search for lessons when they need them, not when you happened to post.
BASNETZ is the shopfront that stays. The link carries your name. The page is the work you already do: your groups, their timetable, the prices, a way to register or ask. You still use Instagram; you put the link in the bio, and the bio stops being a second job.
The test is simple. Ask someone who does not follow you to find you the way a stranger would: type the lesson and the city. If the only result is a Facebook page that last posted in March, you do not exist for that stranger. A published BASNETZ page is the difference between “I think I saw you once” and “here, this is the page.”
