Terms of Use
A short, clear agreement between you and us.
Who can register
- Any person or organisation providing a real service. An account belongs to one person or one entity, and the information in it is your responsibility.
What you commit to
- That the information is accurate: your services, prices and qualifications as they are in reality.
- Not to impersonate anyone, and not to use a name or mark you do not own.
- Not to offer anything prohibited by law, nor abusive or misleading content.
- To respect whoever contacts you through the platform, and not to use their data outside the purpose of the service.
- To honour what you agree with your customer — the agreement is between you, and we are not a party to it.
What we commit to
- Keeping your page available and fast as far as we can.
- Not selling your data or your customers' data.
- Telling you before any material change to plans or terms.
Requests, appointments and payments
- The platform delivers the request to you; it does not carry it out. Delivering the service, its quality, and payment for it are your responsibility.
- We take no commission on your work, and we do not mediate disputes between you and your customer.
Reviews
- A review is written by the user and expresses their opinion. We do not remove a review merely for being negative.
- We remove abuse, clear falsehood, or a review from a fake account.
- You always have the right to reply publicly to any review.
Suspending an account
- We may suspend an account that impersonates someone, offers prohibited services, or repeatedly abuses the platform.
- You may close your account whenever you wish.
